PDEA forms Barangay Anti Drug Councils in Zamboanga

Priority will be urban barangays where drug abuse and trade have been going on for the past several years. PDEA Regional Director Adzhar Albani said these councils can help prevent the entry or even the spread of drug addiction and trade in their own barangays.
