Suboxone is a long acting partial mu agonist, that is primarily used to treat addiction. It shouldn’t cause acne though.

suboxone is not a good drug. It is a super powerful long lasting opiate used very inappropriately to treat opiate dependency.

Most people are put on a dose that is equal to many times higher than the drug they were abusing. Just 1 mg of sub is equal to 50 mg’s of morphine.

Sub can be beneficial if used sparingly and short term, but people that are on it for more than a month experience great difficulty getting off of it, and it produces all the same negative qualities and side effects as all other opiates.

ISuboxone “treatment” is basically trading one addiction for another one that is even worse.

But to answer your question, sub does mess with peoples skin and complexion, as well as their sexual functions, their moods, causes severe constipation, rapid tooth decay, and a host of other “goodies”….and she very well could still be abusing other drugs. Most people on sub do. She can sell or trade the sub easily. junkies like to kep a few on hand so they don;t gte sick when they run out of heroin.

I was on suboxone for over a year. It was not living. It was getting by. I’ve been off it nearly 2 years now, and it’s effects still haunt me. It is scary stuff.
