Can This Type of Drug Get You “high”?

Question by : Can this type of drug get you “high”?
My son in law has been prescribed to adderall. It is small white circular tablets. I’ve heard if you overdose it may get you “high” though.
Is this the same kind of adderall?

I wouldn’t say “high”, but it is a stimulant. If you don’t have fairly severe ADHD, then it can be very stimulating. It also can improve mood like a mild form of cocaine, but it’s not hallucinogenic in normal doses.

I never got a “craving” when going off the stuff (like you might with cocaine), but I can say my mood really was terrible until I got ramped down and back to normal.
