i would say yes.

especially something like lsd. it never gets out of your system and those hallucinations can come back at any time in your life.
you may do it at 17 and have these bad dream sort of hallucinations where you almost die of fright, be driving your kid to school when you’re 40 and get them again and have a deadly car crash.

basically, once you do it, you aren’t safe from it ever again.
