Some Reid episodes:

“Somebody’s Watching” (1×18) – Reid protects a Hollywood starlet from a stalker, and things get complicated when they become mutually attracted.

“Sex, Birth, Death” (2×11) – Reid speaks at a school, and when a teen approaches him asking questions, Reid suspects the teen may be involved in a series of unsolved murders. (Has a classic Reid quote: “I know what it’s like to be afraid of your own mind.”)

“The Big Game” (2×14) and “Revelations” (2×15) – A two-parter where Reid is held captive and drugged by an unsub. There are several flashback scenes to his childhood. The expierence leaves Reid drug-addicted, and that story arc plays out over the next several months.

“Damaged” (3×14) – In the subplot, Hotch and Reid have a jailhouse interview with a soon-to-be-executed killer. There’s a great Reid scene where he presents an impromptu but still extensively detailed profile of the killer.

“Elephant’s Memory” (3×16) – Reid identifies with a teenage unsub who has been a victim of bullying, and takes the lead in bringing him in without shooting him. In the subplot, Reid attends a Twelve-Step group meeting and finds that one of his fellow attendees is a higher-up FBI supervisor (played by Michael Ironside in a cameo). This is the last mention of Reid’s drug addiction.

“Minimal Loss” (4×3) – Reid and Prentiss go undercover to investigate alleged child abuse at an underground Branch-Davidian-style cult. Reid has a lot of scenes with the cult leader (played by guest star Luke Perry).

“The Instincts” (4×6) and “Memoriam” (4×7) – A two-parter in Las Vegas, where Reid conducts a solo investigation of the murder of a little boy who was his neighbor when he was a kid. In the process, Reid spends time with his mother and reunites with his long-estranged father.

“The Uncanny Valley” (5×12) – The team investigates a series of murders of women who are found dressed and made up like dolls. The unsub turns out to be a mentally challenged woman. Near the end, Reid has a couple of great scenes when he and Rossi confront the woman’s father and Reid takes the lead in bringing her in.

“Coda” (6×16) – The parents of an autistic child go missing, and Reid tries to connect with the child to aid in finding the parents.
