I was stunned by Deputy Commissioner Barbara Cimaglio’s comments in the recent article on drug treatment in Vermont (“State: Backlog doesn’t reflect treatment capacity,” July 22) where she claimed there were plenty of treatment options for those struggling to overcome addiction.
