A suspected drug dealer was released from custody Tuesday on a personal recognizance bond. Nicole R. (Cassavoy) O’Donnell, 21, of 26C Bouscay Ave., was arraigned in Huron County Common Pleas Court on one count of trafficking in oxycodone.
