The second annual Operation Family Freedom, a faith-based event to address drug addiction and abuse, will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Linda K. Epling Stadium.

WELLSVILLE – Cece Douglas is originally from Chicago, Ill., having moved to East Liverpool as a teenager in 1981. Coming from such a large city famous for problems with crime to East Liverpool, she believed that she had settled in an area where issues such as drug abuse would no longer be a serious concern.
