RECEIVING A phone call saying a son or daughter’s body needs to be identified at the morgue has to be a parent’s greatest fear. Sadly, that’s been the case for some North Jersey residents. Drug abuse and addiction is a real disease that affects the brain and has resulted in people dying from an overdose.
