H seems to be all even numbers
H + 5 is all odd numbers greater or equal to 7

H is the subgroup of all even integers, i.e. H={ 0, -2,+2,-4,+4,…}. H+5 is the set of all odd integers, i.e. H+5= { -1,+1,-3,+3,…}.
@Vinnie: The elements of H+5 are not necessarily greater or equal to 7, for instance 1 = -4 + 5 is included in H+5.
