he sent me a 3day on the third but in my lease it says we have till the fifth i always pay between the 3rd and the 5th i can see if i payed rent on the 8th or somethin like that and im a good tenent he never has a problem out of me im confused but i will note he sent every one in the complex i dont complain when he throws wild cocaines parties in the basement i know he does that cause he approach my husband and asked him did he want some my husband declined the offer

omg..your landlord is on cocaine??
that is a disaster about to happen………
no wonder he needs money……..
and he has a key to your unit and everyone else’s……

he needs another …..snort of coke…..

phone the cops…….if the landlord goes to jail..a management company is put on the property…….
or maybe he will “detox” voluntarily..

don’t let it get worse…..and make sure your call is annoymous..

this is a disaster that could go real bad…….. your landlord isn’t thinking rationally ..just looking for another “hit”

do something………or it will get worse…..
