If u took a sleeping pill with the intention of it helping you to sleep soon, but then ended up staying up to work for a few hours, does this lower your sensitivity to the sleeping pills?

Sleeping pills in other words are Killing pills that kills you very slowly day by day.
Sleeping pills causes the dangerous side effects by damaging the brain nerve cells, affecting your eyes, health etc., i would suggest you not to take sleeping pills instead you can turn on some good music like oprah in a very low volume, or do meditation/yoga. If you dont find time for the later one then you can turn some oprah music and go to sleep or you can have a glass of warm milk before you go to sleep.
