Though substance abuse negatively effects all races, only the politically-correct types dare lie and say “The Human Race.” -As if all races are effected equally. (Or as if their is only ONE race, which is nonsense.)

This ignores the extreemly high alcoholism rate among Indians and the illegal substance abuse rate of Africans. Africans in the US routinely fail drug tests at a much higher rate in the private sector as well as the military.
