Question by Must Know Everything: Why is spelling and grammar so bad these days?
While being far from perfect myself, I’d like to know why spelling and grammar seems to be so bad these days. Is it a poor education system, drug abuse or gamma rays damaging sperm in the early eighties?

I would have to say that it is from a Dumbing down of school children over the last 30 years!

Could be a variety of reasons. my opinion is that the “sms language” has to take some of the blame.
